Sadly, that's not an option for moi...
Only one bar in town, manned and populated by my clients! Woo hoo! Let the good times roll!

Going home does have it's attractions, though...

No wonder you're skinny.

I'm having red snapper and noodles and I don't know what else for dinner.

This hasn't been a red-letter day in the diet journal.

Have a salad and some fruit too!

I am ADDICTED to my veggie quiche, I make it almost every other night....my daughter and I are bound to get sick of it, but for now, we can't get enough!

Simple to make, filling and good for you too!

And the best damn tasting quiche on this planet!

frozen burritos, oreo cookies, pepsi.

Sigh.

retirement "party"

2 pieces of cheap cake, glass of "Cola" and a cup full of chips.

yeah, I'm ready to slip into a diabetic coma.

That's how the company guarantees that old timers don't hang around longer than they're needed!

Honestly, there are days at work when every day is some sort of food day...either we're having a potluck, or training, or it's somebody's birthday....I think maybe this is something that happens in offices where the majority are women. We're always cooking and bringing stuff in, lol.

Recipe????

I use store bought pie crust.

Mix together:
7 eggs
1/4 cup cream
1/2 cup shredded cheese (any kind)
dice up:

Green, red and yellow peppers
Tomatoes
Fresh Spinach
Peas
Mushrooms

Add Spices, I use seasoned salt, sea salt, pepper and garlic salt

Put in pie crust, cook at 350 for 50 minutes.

Eat when done, and you too will be in Quiche Heaven!

In fact, on MONDAY we had a potluck...there were homemade pastries, and brownies, my baked spaghetti, potato salad, Lil'smokies in some sort of sweet/sour sauce or something (grape jelly and salsa, oddly enough. Quite good.) Baked corn (like spoon bread) two custard type deserts (one with chocolate)...

omg.....

Sounds yummy. I add the teeniest pinch of nutmeg to my egg mixture.

Oh, and there was tuna casserole at the potluck on Monday, too.

That's just so wrong.
