Not really. Anyone who watched the hearing knows the judge already shit on much of the defenses argument. He made it emphatically clear for instance that Nathan Wade's qualifications aren't in dispute or a topic of legitimate concern for the court. In fact he reserved the right to deny all the defenses subpoenas unless he hears something compelling from the defenses first witness, the former lawyer for Wade who claims to have compelling evidence of cohabitation.

I'm guessing what he's alleging is cohabitation is just Fani and Wade occasionally hooking up.

So what impact did their after-the-fact consensual relationship have on Trump making that call to Raffensberger?
