car or a home with the bank IF the bank had a side deal with the car or home seller that allowed the seller to back out of the deal...BUT you had no knowledge of the side deal?

This is exactly what is happening with the Iran deal.

Get a verifiable deal... "trust but verify" deal.
The "deal" we have now NOT ONE American has seen the deal struck between the IAEA and Iran?
"The side agreements, which probably lay out the terms by which the IAEA will actually perform its five-month investigation under the road map, aren't public. And they're so secret that the US secretary of state isn't able to read them. Kerry told the Foreign Affairs Committee that he had been briefed on the documents but hadn't had a first-hand look at them.

"No, I haven't seen it," Kerry said, adding that "we don't have access to the actual agreement."
Kerry also clarified that national-security adviser Susan Rice had not seen them either.

NOT one of the nations signing the "Iran deal" have seen this agreement. So how do we know what
the deal is eventually going to mean if we don't know what Iran has agreed to with the IAEA?
Is the IAEA going to defend the USA from Iran sponsored terrorists attacks???

It's hidden because it involves Iran's national security secrets. We can trust the IAEA to handle these technical manners and report honestly whether Iran is living up to the terms of the public deal in the details of the inspections.

"We can trust"???

Since 2002,1 the Islamic Republic of Iran (‘Iran’) has been in a continuous dispute with the international community about its nuclear program. Whereas Iran has on numerous occasions indicated that its nuclear program is intended for the development of nuclear energy only, the International Atomic Energy Agency (‘IAEA’ or ‘Agency’) has not been able to verify this notion to this date.
Beware politically motivated hype. While on the surface, Obama's dramatic intervention seemed sound, the devil is always in the details. The "rules" Iran is accused of breaking are not vague, but rather spelled out in clear terms. In accordance with Article 42 of Iran's Safeguards Agreement, and Code 3.1 of the General Part of the Subsidiary Arrangements (also known as the "additional protocol") to that agreement, Iran is obliged to inform the IAEA of any decision to construct a facility which would house operational centrifuges, and to provide preliminary design information about that facility, even if nuclear material had not been introduced. This would initiate a process of complementary access and design verification inspections by the IAEA.

Technically, Iran does not yet need to enrich, since Russia is providing the fuel for the new reactor it built in Bushehr.
Tehran counters that it has the right to enrich uranium as a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT).
It also intends to build additional reactors and says it does not want to be dependent on foreign powers for fuel.

Iran’s nuclear weapons program was part of a broader attempt to become more self-reliant in arms and technology in the 1980s. Increasingly isolated, Tehran struggled to acquire arms to fight Iraq, which used chemical weapons and had a nuclear weapons program. (WHAT??? IRAQ had WMDs???_)
The eight-year war was the Middle East’s bloodiest modern conflict. Iran’s nuclear program was an outgrowth of this experience.
