A leaked document from the US Supreme Court says they're going to be deciding in favor of same-sex marriage. No surprise really. What was a surprise was a recommendation by one of the jurists that the US adopt a limitation on the freedom of speech as seen in many European Union nations forbidding hate speech as applied to the same-sex arguement. While the Supreme Court doesn't make laws out of thin air (as in deciding a case brought before it,) it's thought this recommendation might well become law as allied congresspeople take up the cause.
