After stealing it from the palestinians and bulldozing their homes and cutting down their orchards so they couldn't return to their own homes.
Arabs sold their land to immigrating Jews. Arab land sales to Jews is well-documented.
Yes, it is well documented that the Jews only owned about 7% of Palestine by 1947.
Perhaps, you should be better informed when you post.
Yes, indeed you should.
Arabs hold few titles to land as Palestine was under Turkish sovereignty until collapse of the Ottoman Empire., whose sovereignty was transferred to the Jews via the Treaty of Sevres, the San Remo Resolution and the Palestine Mandate.
Sovereignty and land ownership are not synonymous. And, just what legal justification did the League of Nations have in giving sovereignty to foreigners and not the normal inhabitants?
Arab tenant farmers are not landowners. A simple concept even a moron like you should be able to understand.
Most often when a country is taken over, the land somehow becomes the property of the rich and powerful. We have seen this "legal" maneuver in India, Africa, Latin America, and other places. Normally the original owners work the land but the profits go elsewhere. The British were restoring this land to its original owners.
The tenant farmer thing is merely a smokescreen.
Now, you know, dummy.
