OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)-- Russian foreign minister Sergey Lavrov has ignored a direct request from his Israeli counterpart Avigdor Lieberman for severing contacts with Hamas movement.

Lavrov told a joint press conference with Lieberman that contacts should be made with Hamas in view of its wide popular support in the Palestinian street especially in the Gaza Strip. He added that Hamas should participate in the political process in the region.

Moscow has contacts with Hamas because a portion of the Palestinian people voted for it in the last elections, which all testified were free and democratic, the Russian chief diplomat said.

BTW, how is that isolating Gaza thing going?

Bold part is all what counts.
    Democracy is universal.
Free-World should support Gaza democracy with its elected government.

Contrary to popular belief, the government in Gaza is the legal elected government of all of Palestine.

So hamas is a legitimately elected government. And the jews want to have everyone ignore it. That doesn't sound very democratic.

    No, not "the Jews."

It's the Zionist extremists in control of the Israeli government and their cheerleaders in the U.S. government who want to disregard the results of democratic elections.

Are Zionist extremists committing genocide in Darfur?

Zionist extremists threatening to wipe Iran off the map and destabilize the Middle East?

Zionist extremists forcing Hamas and Fatah to kill each other?

And, of course, it was Zionist extremists who assassinated the 3 Muslims caliphs 1400 yrs ago, too, right?

When will ignorant Arabs and Muslims take responsibility for their own pathetic, backward societies and stop blaming the Jews?

    Allah is a loser.

I notice that there are Fatah members of the legislature (I think there are four.) in Gaza. They still hold those seats.

What does this have to do with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict?

What does this have to do with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict? But yes, they are.

Zionists are using a combination of bribes and threats to get Fatah to attack Hamas.

What does this have to do with the Palestinian-Israeli conflict?

It's not Arabs and Muslims who are occupying Palestinian land.
