It really depends on the school, and the community that its in. You can't take the whole amount and average it out evenly, because school taxes are paid locally, and schools are thus funded (the majority of funding) locally. Poorer areas don't have as much to spend as wealthier ones.

I hope you won't find anyone here advocating NOT upholding our nation's laws on immigration. However, it does get tiresome to have posters infer or overtly say that Hispanic students are mostly illegal....based on what? Being Hispanic.

The real simple solution would be to give thesse people our businesses employ a LEGAL way to come here.

The current legal path does not allow for anywhere near the numbers of people the businesses clamour for.

If there were a greater number allowed to come with temporary visas this could all be solved, BUT then the businesses would have to pay these people a fair wage and the right just can not allow that to happen.
