So now the Buckeyes will be without a QB for the Bowl.

Looks like Day being noncommittal in regard to McCord being QB next year prompted him to leave.

The back up QB though is horrible.

LOL.

The Steelers have a worthless quarterback that blew off his college team`s bowl game too. He was good only in his senior year at Pitt and The Steelers made the mistake of drafting him #1. The bum got hurt yesterday and it won`t make any difference at all because the 3 quarterbacks they carry all suck as much as Kenny the punk Pickett.

McCord didn't like the offensive system at Ohio State and felt restricted.
He took a beating after the Michigan game for saying before the game, it was just another game. And he lost the game with his turn overs. Then coach Day would not commit to him being his QB next year, along with his buddy Harrison going to the NFL.

Altogether, it was more than the lad could take and he left.

Come to thnk about it, all the Ohio teams don't have a QB. The three Bi's, Browns, Bengals, and Buckeyes, are all without a QB.

I doubt it.
Maybe, maybe not. But you know damn well Day has someone in mind. If Ewers comes back, especially if they shit their pants and the pastel cowboys (UT) win the national championship, Arch will leave and Ohio State would be a desirable landing spot for him. We'll see. I don't think there will be many people banging on McCord's door.

Why would Manning transfer?
