It shows a double standard, as his is the first prosecution. Never the less, punching a 79 year old man really sucks, what a punk. Why is his the first prosecution after all this time? its a good question, but this guy got unlucky enough to show the video to an undercover.

Dont know if he was actually convicted yet, but if he is then theres no excuses for anyone else.
