Kavanaugh Is An Extremist

Kavanaugh explained the case this way: "That was a group that was being forced to provide a certain kind of coverage over their religious objection to their employees. And under the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, the question was first was this a substantial burden on the religious exercise."

"It seemed to me quite clearly it was. It was a technical matter of filling out a form. In that case they said filling out the form would make them complicit in the provision of the abortion-inducing drugs that they were, as a religious matter, objecting to."

That phrase, "abortion-inducing drugs," is one the right-wing glommed onto to intentionally confuse contraception with other drugs.

The man thinks that the pill is an abortion inducing drug.

If he's against birth control you know you can kiss Roe V Wade goodbye.

He's trying to pretend otherwise but the e-mails that the Dems released (over the objection if the GOP creeps) showed he clearly thinks he can and should overturn it
Elections have consequences.

Of course he is. Anyone who believes in the constitution is to your kind. Also there is no provision in the constitution for killing your unborn child.
So you support overturning Roe v Wade.

Congrats.

So does the Kav. In fact it sounds like he would outlaw the pill as well

Overturning roe wouldn’t outlaw the pill. It wouldn’t even outlaw abortion.

Your micro-dosing of LSD isn't working for you, bub.

I don't need a law degree to know that contraction is not abortion and those who make that claim are extremists
You know what would really impress me?
Start a dissertation on the opinions of every current member of the SC and let’s see where it leads.

Of course. Enough pressure might create cellular division

Kavanaugh will be confirmed. Get used to it.

Again..... if people think the democrats were asshats through Kavanagh's hearing....just imagine what they will be like if Trump gets to replace nut job ginsburg with a real Justice....a Roman Catholic Woman..........

I have the Liberal Tears Tumbler from Ben Shapiro's site....it will be over flowing with their tears....

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has to be the most radical justice on the Supreme Court. She went there with an agenda, has made no secret of her agenda. In spite of this, when she was appointed by leftist President Bill Clinton. She was approved by the Senate by a 96-3 vote. NOT because of her politics but because Republicans recognized the fact that elections have consequences and that the President gets to pick his/her choice for the court.

Democrats, on the other hand, do not even respect themselves. See Cory Booker's lie where he claimed that this was his SPARTICUS MOMENT. Anyone think that will appear in his presidential ads? Well, since it proved bogus that same evening, probably not.

You better move to China then. You can have all the abortions you want there.

That is why Trump nominated him, dummie!

We need to stop killing a million American children, on demand, for the sake of convenience, each year. It is the right thing to do and if Kavanaugh can help then that is great.

Sorry, turd, but I believe the drug in question works by inducing a miscarriage. It's an abortion drug. Kavanaugh stated the facts, not ideology. The law in question only says that private companies don't have to pay for medical procedures they have religious objects to. It doesn't make those procedures illegal.

You appear to be the extremist, not Kavanaugh

Once confirmed he will single handedly reverse RvW. Loons.

There is nothing extreme in this position and he is not talking about birth control, though no company should be forced to provide it either. It would be the smart and economical thing to do, but the government should not be forcing them to do so.

You don't need a law degree but an elementary school education might be helpful to you in posting to a political site.

I think, instead of contraction, the word you were looking for is contraception. Try looking both of them up.
