She's correct about jury nullification. Should be used a bit more.. Not enough to promote anarchy like this women might want, but enough to let people know they have that option...

Judges can take cases from a jury. They can also dismiss individual jurors. Lawyers can dismiss jurors who show a penchant for jury nullification during voir dire. Jurors such as this twit hasn't yet recognized that jury nullification can be used to convict. That's what black people have been yelling about. Conviction in the clear demonstration of innocence.

Of course what this young lady isn't telling you is that potential jurors are put under oath. Promising to follow the judges instructions while secretly intending jury nullification is perjury. Yes there have been prosecutions.

I have never been on a jury. I have been a lawyer long enough to know that most courthouses are political institutions. I simply show intense bias. The police never make a mistake. All plaintiffs are playing Tort lotto and looking for a payday. I get dumped right away.

This is sort of a reflection of the entire justice system. "Do as I say, not as I do" kind of thing.
