Several days ago, again, Corey Booker declared hardening the soft targets, which are our childrens' schools, is 'surrendering to impotence', suggesting that anything except taking guns away from law-abiding citizens is a waste of time in attempting to protect children in schools from mass shootings.

Beto O'rourke later staged a self-serving political theatrical ambush of Gov abbot during an update briefing about the school shooting, using dead kids - in front of their grieving parents and community, for the benefit of his run for governor. During the stunt, Beto accused the governor of 'doing nothing' to protect kids from another mass shooting.

These despicable Drmocrats sought to seize the moment of highest emotion after the shooting for personal / party gain and to push their gun-grabbing agenda.

In 2020 their priority in passing legislation regarding our children was not 'nothing' and did not focus on making our children safer. They attempted to make our children LESS safe.

In 2020 Democrats attempted to pass legislation that would remove police officers from schools.
