    The Judge doesn't know that law?
    Yes he does, that is why he was a Judge.
    He read the law and that is not an opinion.
    You can only do what the President did this morning only if he was personally involved.
    Holder stated to congress that the President was not involved.

    Therefore Eric Holder has lied to Congress and should be indicted for perjury...and kicked out of his cushy job as the highest lawyer in the land.

    No it is not. Executive privilege applies to communications with the White House (the cool Prez we have)

    Actually, EP can be invoked for a white house aid or adviser. It is possible that the President isn't involved. However, it does mean that the White House has been involved.

    The stakes just went up big time.
