Rep. John Murtha Hospitalized in Intensive Care - ABC News
Murtha is a war hero...I wish him well
I don't like the guy, nontheless I hope he recovers.
I'm trying to find some sympathy for a guy who wrongly accused our Marines of murder and didn't apologize for it. I'll let you know if I find any.
If the students were never killed, I'd never know where Kent State was; until he called our Marines coldblooded murderers, I'd never heard of John Murtha.
I hope the Drs make his stay with them as comfortable as possible.
I have no sympathy for the man. But I do hope he recovers.
Oh well, shit happens.
I am not going to say anything negative about a person in the hospital.
Murtha left the Marines in 1955. He remained in the Reserves after his discharge from active duty until he volunteered for service in the Vietnam War, serving from 1966 to 1967, serving as a battalion staff officer (S-2 Intelligence Section), receiving the Bronze Star with Valor device, two Purple Hearts and the Vietnamese Cross of Gallantry. He retired from the Marine Corps Reserve as a Colonel in 1990, receiving the Navy Distinguished Service Medal.
