One of the intrinsic failings of our form of government (and one that should probably remain) is the almost infinite discretion prosecutors have in pursuing certain criminal activity and ignoring other criminal activity.

You simply cannot successfully challenge those decisions. You can only try to recall the elected official responsible, and Congress can't do that.
