I think the longer this goes on and the more abrasive the little fat guy in N Korea becomes, the worse the chances of this being dealt with peacefully and/or diplomatically. Japan felt that missile a little too close to for comfort.

Japan vows to take action with US after North Korea missile test

apanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe vowed to take action against North Korea after Pyongyang's missile test on Sunday ended in the Sea of Japan.

Abe addressed the situation in a brief televised address on Monday: "As we agreed at the recent G7, the issue of North Korea is a top priority for the international community," according to Reuters.

"Working with the United States, we will take specific action to deter North Korea."

North Korea tested a short-range Scud ballistic missile off its eastern coast at 4:40 p.m. ET (5:40 a.m. Monday Korea time). The missile flew for six minutes until it landed in the Sea of Japan.

Japanese Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshihide Suga said the missile fell within Japan's exclusive maritime economic zone. He said there was no immediate report of damage to planes or vessels in the area.

"We cannot tolerate such repeated actions from North Korea, and we have lodged a strong protest against North Korea, criticizing them in the strongest form," Suga said in a statement after the test.

This is the third missile test North Korea has conducted in a month. North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has vowed to field a nuclear-armed missile that is capable of reaching U.S. territory.

Russia and China condemned Sunday's missile test and called for restraint.

China or Russia would have to declare war and their liberal panseys would be a problem. America does not have that issue and we could strike at anytime. Using our existing bases in Japan and s. Korea and America we could hit that rat bastard from at least three sides at once. And that is what we need to do!

North Korea is saying "Ooops" this morning. If they'd hit a ship, it'd all be over by now. Is that all Japan is going to do? Harsh language? I wonder.....

Japan seems to be slowly moving away from its WWII forced Defensive Strategy only policy. I can understand if other countries in Asia are nervous about this

Considering China's aggressive military build up and expansion into the South Southern Sea, they did this to themselves. Japan needs to be prepared out of necessity.

Does anyone know what the word "WE" means? Like is it an adverb, pronoun, or in this case and use, a noun? Does it imply one, more than one and is it singular or plural, or both? Just curious as this damned English language is so damned confusing?

Never mind, I found the answer.
