JAIL the Chicago Trump Rally Disruptors

The people who deliberately disrupted the otherwise peaceful Trump rally in Chicago and alarmed and disturbed the rally participants committed a breach of the peace. Their actions were much more than just peaceful protest, they were unreasonably disruptive, and they clearly were breaching the peace of the rally.

This is in violation of the state of Illinois' statute regarding DISORDERLY CONDUCT - CRIMINAL OFFENSES
(720 ILCS 5/) Criminal Code of 2012. Article 26.

Here's the exact wording of the Article (26) >>

"(a) A person commits disorderly conduct when he or she knowingly:

(1) Does any act in such unreasonable manner as to
alarm or disturb another and to provoke a breach of the peace;

The penalty for this (a Class C misdemeanor ) is 30 days in JAIL + a $1500 fine. The Trump campaign people, as well as the rally participants should be demanding that the Chicago police arrest these disruptors, and give them the full penalty of the law. It isn't hard to determine who they are. They are as open to public view as could ever be. Here are some photos of them >>>

Guess what Stupid.

There was no rally disruption ----- because there was no rally.

RUMP called it off. Not somebody else. And not because any security force advised it.
You remember Rump? The pussyass wimp :gay: who can't take responsibility for anything he says or does?

In fact he cut ten thousand stood-up people loose back to the street, all at once. Which I have to admit is a clever if cynical move.

But it didn't work. Everybody dispersed, no riot.

Good for Chicago.

He doesn't seem to have a lotta luck in Chicago. Remember when he threatened the Cubs owner? That worked well too, didn't it?
If you think the Chicago rally could have gone off, your full of shit. Of course Trump had to postpone the rally, the communist protesters saw to it. Don't be stupid.

I wasn't there. Were you?

Know who was there?

The city police, the Secret Service, the UIC administration security agencies, and the State Police.

And they say it could have gone off. They also say Rump's people never conferred with them about it - which makes Rump a liar.

And then he threw them a changeup by cancelling --- when they had everything handled --- which means a sudden expulsion of eleven thousand people into the street who didn't get what they came for, all at once.

Rump is playing you suckers like a three dollar banjo. He dresses up as "Victim" and you line up with your money out to buy it.

Have any idea what the "Checkers Speech" is?
. More Alinsky tactics. Change the narrative and historical record so you can blame the opposition

Actually I quoted the narrative, from the authorities themselves. And five thousand denialist posts on a message board trying to rewrite history have absolute zero effect on that. You're just going to have to accept that a lie is a lie and there ain't a damn thing you can do about that.

And I know absolutely nothing about any "Alinsky". I know far more about Bo Belinksy.

For someone who wasn't there you certainly claim knowledge of the whole event and the environment .

I simply read the report. Same report since the event itself. With video and lots of pics.

Works wonders.

On the other hand the Revisionistas have ----- let's add it up ----- carry the zero ------
no evidence whatsoever.

Guess Truth wins again. :eusa_dance:

Please clarify....

Obviously you're agitated that Mr. Trump prevented property damage, injuries and possibly deaths by thwarting your friends little romp. But precisely how many deaths would please you had things proceeded according to the Democrat Thug battle plan?

Agité? Moi? Perish the thought. I'm quite happy Rump's devious little scheme fell flatter than a bottle of Rump vodka falling from the window of a Rump Shuttle and landing on a Rump casino.

And again, good for those people in the area for not taking the bait, and good for the Chicago PD for handling what was put on them, which I have no doubt won lots and lots of Rump support among the police community. :eusa_liar:

How many deaths or injuries was he counting on? Who knows. All I know is he tried to make it happen and once again, FAILED.

And that's a good thing. Every time Rump fails ---- God creates a kitten.
"There was no disruption because there was no rally." This is a example of the bullshit being pushed as lies that Trump wanted this disruption so he could send his people into the streets to riot against the innocent .Sanders supporters. They're pushing this lie hard.

So now you're actually saying the rally happened and was not cancelled?

You can't jail them. They're not doing anything illegal or unconstitutional.

Unfortunately, they've learned how to use your freedoms against you. They'll find a legal way to shut down opposing speech because that's who they are.

Seems to me the best way to oppose a Trump rally is to record it replay it over and over. But these people would rather shut it down.

Sad to watch. They've found a legal way to spit in the face of freedom of expression, in my opinion our most precious right.
.

Rump is the entity who shut it down. That's not negotiable. It's a matter of record.

So?

What are you, Dick Cheney?

So it contradicts what you just posted, that's what "so".
In the sentence "these people would rather shut it down", does "these people" refer to Rump? Because that's who shut it down. But that's a singular entity, so you'd have to say "this person".

Who shut it down that time is irrelevant. They celebrated when Trump decided to shut it down for safety.

Just as they do on college campuses across the country - everything they can to disrupt and/or shut down opposing speech.

Here is what President Obama says about it:

Obama hits 'coddled' liberal college students
Obama calls out liberal "dogmatism" on college campuses

How ironic this happened on a college campus. Just the latest example of an ongoing siege to which honest liberals admit.

I hope this more clear for you now.
.

On the contrary, "who shut it down" is what I just corrected, and now you're running away from it.

"They celebrated" is what's irrelevant. I celebrate when my baseball team wins; that doesn't mean I caught a fly ball.

The rest of the post was more irrelevant deflection so I ignored it. Bottom line, you tried to float a myth, and I shot it down.

I'll continue to agree with the two honest liberals in my sig.

You can deny and ignore all you want.

Your sig --whatever it is, I didn't bother --- is irrelevant here. You cannot rewrite history just because you'd prefer it to have gone down differently.

And yes, I'll continue being the historical policeman. Somebody's gotta do it.

No, people are free to protest. You should only jail those who use violence and of course you must go after the organizers who use Craigslist and social media to conspire to deny people of their rights. Those assholes I would charge with felonies.

I second this whether a rally really did take place or not. When one is supposed to happen, those who are against whatever the rally is for should keep their distance, especially if they do not want their own rally to be disrupted in return.

God bless you always!!!

Holly
The protestors do not have "their own rally". They came to have a voice in the one that was relevant to them.

And again ----- no one in any security or police capacity suggested there were security concerns. Rump completely pulled that out of his own ass, for the purpose of trying to play the victim card.

Whether that victim card actually trumps the real world depends on the gullibility of his marks. Judging from several posts here, there are a few who qualify for that status.
Well that right there is just it. What the protesters showed up for was a rally that was meant for other people. How would you feel if a group that hated you showed up at a party meant for you only to protest all that they hate about you while they are there? Wouldn't you want them removed from the premises?

God bless you always!!!

A political rally is a public event. You can't get more public than that. It's not a private party.

That's irrelevant anyway, the point is that Donald Rump unilaterally decided to cancel the event. He had no basis for doing so from Secret Service or any of the security forces. HE did that. Completely on his own. So turning around and blaming someone or something else after the fact is just dishonest.

Peace and blessings be upon you.

^^^ Even if it was a public event, the protesters knew what their choice of action once they were there would create: a public disturbance, therefore, they should be arrested.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

They didn't "create a public disturbance". The police/Secret Service/various security said everything was cool. Therefore there is no crime to arrest anybody for.

Want the quote again?

When you make an arrest it's always a good idea to have a crime in mind.

Peace and blessings be upon you and yours for eternity.

^^^ Whatever did or didn't happen, what I have said in this chat is what I think needs to be considered. If you don't want your rally to be crashed by those who hate whatever it is that you stand for, don't go to their rally.

God bless you always!!!

Holly
