And it's always election-time somewhere in the United States. I think this Duck Dynasty flap is just a revving up of the next election cycle. Lines are being drawn, supporters riled up. And any miniscule slight is overblown to an international headline.
But it's crap. It's a transparent attempt from both sides to get their supporters motivated and moving. Just about every MSNBC evening program is bashing Fox and republicans, every Fox News program bahsing MSNBC and democrats. Both are just propaganda outlets for their respective side.

And nothing accomplishes this better than getting people angry, upset, and saying to themselves, "I hate those people!"
