It should be clear even from your larger map, that Muslim/Palestinian and Jewish/Israeli communities are not divided, but all mixed up.
You can't build a wall to prevent Palestinians from getting to their homes inside of occupied areas where Israel has built Jewish settlements.
Almost all the Jewish settlement near Jerusalem are OUTSIDE of Israel, and in Palestinian territory.
In fact, only the tiny Old Quarter of Jerusalem is traditionally Jewish, and most of east Jerusalem is still considered Palestine, even by Israel.

If there are Palestinians and Israelis on both sides of the wall, then the wall is not separating or protecting anyone.
You can't measure if there is illegal border crossings when there already are supposed to be both groups on both sides of the wall.
How are you going to tell if there are any illegal border crossings?

Community colleges are local not federal, and local communities can decide themselves what they want to provide.
But community colleges are not costing more due to a few immigrants, who have to already know English or they could not get anything out of it. Likely class size is too small anyway, so this is an improvement. But no way is anyone getting free health care or housing.

So what are you saying, community colleges don't get federal funds? Bullshit.

Yes, community colleges get no federal funds at all.
In fact, most colleges get no federal funds.
The only ones that get funds are land grant, state colleges.
And you can tell those because they have things like ROTC programs, government research, etc.

Everyone attending gets federal student loans, Pell grants and other forms of federal aid.
