I'm pro-Pali, but seriously - it's time to quit claiming Israeli forces target civilians as a RULE. They don't. Compare their civilian casualties with Assad's and you'll get an idea of what it really MEANS to target civilians.

In fact...NPR has been doing a lot of journalism with what's happening in Syria and Iraq - people trapped in beseiged areas, between ISIS and Assad. It's horrific. Of course (and yes I'm bitter) - they're muslims and a goodly portion of people here feel they just ought to kill each other and don't see them as human beings at all.
