ISIS now spreading into Libya - and beginning to win

How does any of this help us to discuss the presence and actions of ISIS in Libya?
What possible interest do Jew-firsters have in IS or Libya?
You seem to wonder from the topic of your threads more or less at will and then blame others for your fallacies.
Why is that?
Something to do with your limited intellectual resources or are you simply stuck on Bitch?

I have no idea what a Jew-firster is, in this context.

My first loyalty is to the United States of America and her people.

I also support Israel in her 66-year-long asymmetrical warfare against the Palestinians, and any Muslim-Arab neighbor-state that is foolish enough to try to interfere.

Americans of all walks of life and political inclinations have a vested interest in the progress (and destruction) of ISIS-ISIL-IS, and the potential spread of that cancer to other regions.

If you are unable to contribute intelligently or substantively to the subject that I suggest that you slink back under whatever Radical Islamist rock that you've dragged into your mother's basement.

Now, go dry-hump somebody else's leg, Jihadi George... yer borin' the hell outta folks.

Somebody needs to remind Jihadi George that the topic of this thread is ISIS in Libya.

His masturbation over Jew-hatred and Israel is off-topic and irrelevant in this context.

Isn't it funny how they just bypassed Israel. Just like they flew right over, but since Israel is supporting them, why not. Those darn Muslims out to get Israel. What a bunch of crap. They bypassed SISI in Egypt too.

Bypassed, or knew better than to try, given that both Israel and Egypt would kick their asses and slaughter them to the last man, should they have been stupid enough to try?

Given that those who defeated the Libyan army with the help of Nato airstrikes are just as Islamist as FSA and ISIS, ISIS will not have big problems to recruit in Libya. At the End of the war, 200.000 Islamists in about 1000 groups defeated the army. I remember the conditions the Nato send to Gadaffi. One of them was to send all soldiers back to the bases and keep the aircrafts down. Once he did that, the Nato started its air raids causing the dead of up to 100.000 civilians in 20.000 missions of which at least 5.000 were bombing missions.

"As the reality of what western media have hailed as Libya's "liberation" becomes clearer, however, the butchering of Gaddafi has been revealed as only a reflection of a much bigger picture. On Tuesday, Human Rights Watch reported the discovery of 53 bodies, military and civilian, in Gaddafi's last stronghold of Sirte, apparently executed – with their hands tied – by former rebel militia.

Its investigator in Libya, Peter Bouckaert, told me yesterday that more bodies are continuing to be discovered in Sirte, where evidence suggests about 500 people, civilians and fighters, have been killed in the last 10 days alone by shooting, shelling and Nato bombing.

That has followed a two month-long siege and indiscriminate bombardment of a city of 100,000 which has been reduced to a Grozny-like state of destruction by newly triumphant rebel troops with Nato air and special-forces support."

And these massacre sites are only the latest of many such discoveries. Amnesty International has now produced compendious evidence of mass abduction and detention, beating and routine torture, killings and atrocities by the rebel militias Britain, France and the US have backed for the last eight months – supposedly to stop exactly those kind of crimes (allegedly*) being committed by the Gaddafi regime.

And shortly thereafter some Islamists left for Syria:
"The full extent of US co-operation with Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Qatar in assisting the rebel opposition in Syria has yet to come to light.

"The Obama administration has never publicly admitted to its role in creating what the CIA calls a ‘rat line’, a back channel highway into Syria.

"The rat line, authorised in early 2012, was used to funnel weapons and ammunition from Libya via southern Turkey and across the Syrian border to the opposition.

"Many of those in Syria who ultimately received the weapons were jihadists, some of them affiliated with al-Qaida. (The DNI spokesperson said: ‘The idea that the United States was providing weapons from Libya to anyone is false.’)"

Nice Rebels, the NATO has... :rolleyes-41:

Why would anyone who claims to support self-determination, freedom, and popular sovereignty support 66 years of ethnic cleansing in Palestine?

See if you can respond without saying "fun, ain't it"

I didn't say anything about self-determination, freedom and popular sovereignty, one way or another.

I said that I support Israel in her 66-year-long asymmetrical warfare against the Palestinians.

Oh, and it's not 66 years of ethnic cleansing in Palestine...

It's 66 years of sporadic asymmetrical warfare...

The ethnic cleansing is yet to come, I expect...

Or, more accurately, Expulsion and Relocation...

Of the Palestinians...

Time to move the Mad Dog Palestinians to a place where they can't harm decent Israeli folk...

And there isn't a damned thing you're going to be able to do to stop it, when it comes...

Fun, ain't it?

Oh, and it's not 66 years of ethnic cleansing in Palestine...
So the expulsion of over 700,000 Arabs from their homes, businesses, and bank accounts in 1948 doesn't meet your standard of ethnic cleansing?

Would you feel the same way if Jews have been the victims in Palestine instead of those having the "fun"?

"More than 700,000 Palestinians either fled their homes or were thrown out in 1947.

"Most thought they were fleeing only temporarily, until hostilities calmed down, or until neighboring countries and the rest of the world came to their aid.

"None of that came to be.

"The resistance Palestinian and Arab armies could mount against Jewish forces was disorganized, tribal, and entirely ineffective.

"Jews could and did systematically uproot a majority of Palestinians from land previously set aside for Arabs in the United Nations' partition plan."

Could be...

Could be...

It's what happens when you pee your pants and run away, or listen to the empty promises of neighbors, and let next-door-neighbor Achmed do your fighting for you.

As it is, hundreds of thousands of Jews were, indeed, expelled from Muslim-controlled nations in the region, during the 1948-1975 time frame...

Loyal Jewish citizens of those countries whose only crime was to share a religious viewpoint with combatants in a distant war, beyond their borders, and beyond their control.

So don't come crying to The West over such things.

Muslims have been persecuting Jews for centuries and keeping a boot on their neck in the form of Dhimmitude...

Much as they've done to the practitioners of other religions over the centuries...

No sympathy here, or across much of The West, when you get right down to it, and Westerners find themselves obliged to choose between Muslims and Jews.

The Muslim-Arabs of Rump Palestine have lost their bid to control the region or even to remain stably upon the tiny parcels of disconnected land that they still control.

It's time for them to come to grips with Reality and to choose another path in life, and another place to live that life.

And, now that we've successfully and temporarily derailed the thread...

How does the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict intersect with ISIS in Libya?

Says who?
Coexistence is simply the idea that two human beings can come to a realization that both are suffering, both have been taught hatred and prejudice within their community, and both have a right to exist on the same land.

ISIS comes to Libya - CNN.com

By Paul Cruickshank, Nic Robertson, Tim Lister and Jomana Karadsheh, CNN updated 4:06 PM EST, Tue November 18, 2014

(CNN) -- The black flag of ISIS flies over government buildings. Police cars carry the group's insignia. The local football stadium is used for public executions. A town in Syria or Iraq? No. A city on the coast of the Mediterranean, in Libya.

Fighters loyal to the Islamic State in Iraq and Syria are now in complete control of the city of Derna, population of about 100,000, not far from the Egyptian border and just about 200 miles from the southern shores of the European Union.

The fighters are taking advantage of political chaos to rapidly expand their presence westwards along the coast, Libyan sources tell CNN.

The sources say the Derna branch of ISIS counts 800 fighters and operates half a dozen camps on the outskirts of the town, as well as larger facilities in the nearby Green Mountains, where fighters from across North Africa are being trained.

It has been bolstered by the return to Libya from Syria and Iraq of up to 300 Libyan jihadists who were part of ISIS' al Battar Brigade -- deployed at first in Deir Ezzor in Syria and then Mosul in Iraq. These fighters supported the Shura Council for the Youth of Islam in Derna, a pro-ISIS faction.

And so it begins...

The infection spreads...

Another stable country turned into an Islamic shithole, thanks to Hussien Obama.

That is, indeed, a serviceable definition of Peaceful Coexistence, in our context.

Trouble is, Peaceful Coexistence is no longer possible.

Just as The West will learn in connection with ISIS - whether it is in Syria, Iraq, Libya, or any other place.

There is no room for Peaceful Coexistence with ISIS-ISIL-IS.

Unlike the Palestinians, who are simply the losers in a 66-year-long asymmetrical warfare sequence...

ISIS-ISIL-IS must be destroyed, in its entirety, wherever it rears its evil and ugly head...

It will be interesting to see whether Europe finds sufficient courage to participate effectively in that destruction, but, in any event, the United States will almost certainly persevere, until the job is done...

Although, most likely, the Next Big Push against Militant Islam, in the guise of ISIS-ISIL-IS, will have to wait until after January 20, 2017.

Amazing how there's such a fire-engine-rush to do something with the Illegal Alien population but there's no rush to counter ISIS-ISIL-IS as the infection spreads to Libya, et al.

There were population shifts in the Middle east-----in the 1940s---just as there were population shifts in south east asia------if you call one "ethnic cleansing" ---then you're stuck with insisting that hindus were ethnically cleansed from the NORTHERN part of
the Indian subcontinent---------and in 1971 from East Bengal

Hundreds of millions of people SHIFTED around in the 20th
century. I don't know any jews who have no relatives families did not get SHIFTED--------almost 100% What is so special
about a few arabs walking 7 miles down the road?

Why do you reflexively swallow every load of swill your government offers?
"We are witnessing another packaged, choreographed war, one where the most common image is that of Obama talking assuredly in front of a microphone.

"Interviews and pictures of a beaming Emirati female fighter pilot are everywhere, and her participation as a woman is celebrated, but where are the photos of Syrian civilians - including women and children - killed by coalition bombing?

"We know nothing of them, their backgrounds, achievements, hopes and fears.

"They are mere statistics - worse, a PR inconvenience."

Not everyone swallows what comes out of Muslims, like you do.
