ISIS isn't taking over Libya, nor would they be able to do so. Libya's climate is far different from Iraq's.

Side note on the article: Ansar al Sharia Derna has been using that flag in Libya since before ISIS even existed as ISIS.

Not since Obama became president have any brand of terrorist scum killed as many Americans as were killed by terrorist scum during the previous administration.
