When you engage in financially rewarding (or punishing) people based on behavior, rather than on risk/benefit analysis, isn’t this the first step in paying people to engage in behavior you want (in this case, being financially irresponsible)?

The goal is to destroy the middle class and “equitize” everyone. There will no longer be any motivation to learn a trade or prepare for a career, pay one’s expenses, honor one’s loan obligations (look at how they wiped out a good deal of student loans) and everyone is on a modest government stipend.

It is really difficult to teach young, adult people, because we paid to send them to upper education, and what their profs taught them was totally opposite of reality.
