If people want to play "Russian Roulette" with their lives and they have unprotected sex, they deserve everything coming to them. If a guy with some disease rapes another person, that guy should suffer unimaginable pain until he's dead. Once he dies, doctors try to bring him back to life so he can continue on with his pain and suffering.

We should try and help those though who contract this terrible disease through no fault of their own.

How is wanting to reduce HIV infectoins "hating" gay people? LIberals mandate everything they approve of, and ban everything they don't approve of. So why not do something here since what they are doing obviously isn't working?

Or is sticking your head in the sand going to f ix things? How much more money to do we need to waste on treating a very expensive illness that almost entirely preventable if people are just bothered to be responsible?
