Why might less intelligent people be drawn to conservative ideologies? Because such ideologies feature "structure and order" that make it easier to comprehend a complicated world, Dodson said. "Unfortunately, many of these features can also contribute to prejudice," he added.

Dr. Brian Nosek, a University of Virginia psychologist, echoed those sentiments.

the military divides recruits up into six categories; 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4 and 5. roughly 120+, 110-120, 100-110,90-100, 80-90, and below 80. it is actually against the law to accept cat5s. most white recruits are 3a, most black recruits are 3b, 1s and 2s are typically shunted into officer training which leaves category 4s. cat4s can only get in with a high school diploma and references, and even then with a cap at 4%. the military has had two experiments with extra cat4s and they both were a failure. once on purpose during the vietnam era, and once in the 80's when the test was accidentally normed incorrectly and unqualified recruits got in but were quickly noticed as deficient. cat4s cannot be trained up to the necessary competency in a reasonable amount of time.

Lvl V rank in the 0-9 percentile, Lvl IV 10-30 percentile, Lvl IIIB 31-49 percentile, Lvl IIIA 50-64 percentile, Lvl II 65-92 percentile and Lvl I 93-99 percentile.

Converted to an IQ metric this is (on a 15 point Standard Deviation scale)
Lvl 1 = ~IQ123 and above
Lvl 2 = ~IQ106 to IQ122
Lvl 3A= ~IQ100 to IQ105
Lvl 3B= ~IQ94 to IQ99
Lvl 4= ~IQ81 to IQ93

the military divides recruits up into six categories; 1, 2, 3a, 3b, 4 and 5. roughly 120+, 110-120, 100-110,90-100, 80-90, and below 80. it is actually against the law to accept cat5s. most white recruits are 3a, most black recruits are 3b, 1s and 2s are typically shunted into officer training which leaves category 4s. cat4s can only get in with a high school diploma and references, and even then with a cap at 4%. the military has had two experiments with extra cat4s and they both were a failure. once on purpose during the vietnam era, and once in the 80's when the test was accidentally normed incorrectly and unqualified recruits got in but were quickly noticed as deficient. cat4s cannot be trained up to the necessary competency in a reasonable amount of time.

many military studies have been done showing that measured intelligence is a strong predictive factor in performance, especially as complexity increases.

The AFQT breaks the freshmen into 6 broad categories.
AFQT Level I,II,IIIA,IIIB,IV and V

Lvl V rank in the 0-9 percentile, Lvl IV 10-30 percentile, Lvl IIIB 31-49 percentile, Lvl IIIA 50-64 percentile, Lvl II 65-92 percentile and Lvl I 93-99 percentile.

Converted to an IQ metric this is (on a 15 point Standard Deviation scale)
Lvl 1 = ~IQ123 and above
Lvl 2 = ~IQ106 to IQ122
Lvl 3A= ~IQ100 to IQ105
Lvl 3B= ~IQ94 to IQ99
Lvl 4= ~IQ81 to IQ93
Lvl 5 = ~IQ80 and below

perhaps it is the failure of cat4s that you are interested in. after a quick google, it seems that Project 100,000 has been redefined from allowing unqualified men the chance to use the military as a springboard, to a racist plot to destroy black men. lol
