What is the lamb cooked on spits called ? ist the color of chicken tika marsalla. I want to try it with some rabbit, but cant find a recipe for it because I dont know whats its called.

I believe that would be boti kabob. I could be wrong though. I tried making chicken tika masala one time, but it didn't taste the same. If your grocery store carries Sookie tandoori marinade, I would get some. Marinate some chicken and then BBQ it. Squeeze some lemon on it after it's done and you got the real deal Tandoori chicken. ~BH

Nothing, but I can already cook the way they do. Kill critter, remove innards (in most cases) and burn the hell out of it.
