Essentially the blogger/columnist was complaining about how some obviously white people were taking advantage of the laws giving preference to Aborignies so they could gain competetive advantage, and got taken to court over some kind of variation on hate speech laws.
The courts fined him for being insensitive and racist.
Seems to me the whites that took away opportunities for genuine minorities were the really insensitive people here, and racist frauds as well.
