Impact of Illegal Aliens on Congressional Representation

And how's that going?
The Tea Party worked. ObamaCare was limited. No Gov;t controlled Universal HC. And the Repubs kicked major ass in 2010. Sometimes it does work to be an activist. As long as it is PEACEFUL. Not destructive as Lefties always are.

It was a bad Bill. But it could have been so much worse.

Nah, it was a good bill. All-time lows in uninsurance and health care cost growth, tangible gains in quality and health outcomes. One of the great policy successes of the last fifty years. If the Tea Party wants to belatedly (and absurdly) claim some credit, I don't blame them!

You need to look at the 'low cost' plans under the ACA........all bullshit aside, they are cheaper monthly, and people were covered, yet no one looks into the deductibles and out of pocket costs.

~41% of buyers this year bought plans in a metal tier that has an average deductible of $90.

Some people have low deductibles, some people have high deductibles. It's a marketplace.

Great, what's their out of pocket costs before Obamascare kicks in.......that's the metric.

Deductible and out of pocket limits are two different worlds. You have to exceed your out of pocket cost BEFORE your Obamascare kicks in..
No, you’re describing a deductible, although in reality lots of covered services in ACA marketplace plans are now accessible before the deductible. But in general a deductible is what you pay before your plan kicks in.

Total OOP costs (which are now capped for everyone due to the ACA) are your deductible + any additional OOP costs incurred after the plan kicks in, like coinsurance.
