Full disclosure, I’m not a fan of Trump but voted for him because of the alternative. That said, if an EO by Trump would force SCOTUS to define the true meaning of the 14th Amendment, then I am for it. The 14th was written to protect the children of slaves, not as a conduit for pregnant women to anchor themselves and their families in this country.
