While "birthright citizenship" is found nowhere in the Constitution or any Amendment - it is a distortion of wording in the 14th Amendment - it would definitely take a LAW, passed by Congress and signed by the President to overturn it.

And it won't work even if passed, because some leftist Federal District Court Judge would make every human on earth "grandfathered" in to the old interpretation.

You really should read the aforementioned Amendment before you comment. It isn’t a distortion. It is the clearly stated Constitutional right.

First of all. Nonsense. Subject to the Jurisdiction means subject to the laws. We arrest, try, and convict Illegal Immigrants for committing crimes. We don’t just deport them and say that’s all we are allowed to do.


This is why the children of Diplomats who are born here are not citizens. They are not subject to the jurisdiction. We can’t arrest or try Diplomats. They have diplomatic immunity.

Every year there is a dispute in New York on parking fines. The Diplomats swear they have immunity. The City says their cars don’t.

If we are going to redefine subject to the jurisdiction to mean people who are born here to legal parents does that open the door to diplomats having kids who are American citizens. The diplomats are here legally aren’t they?
