But he also tells him to tamper with evidence, another crime:

Whether Trump supporters realize it or not, this is a very serious crime with very serious consequences. Anybody that did this crime would get a long prison sentence.

Evan Corcoran was the lawyer Trump hired to deal with his top secret documents case before he got indicted and basically before he got busted.

He tried to include this guy in his crime, so an appellate court already ruled Trump loses his attorney client privilege- which is standard procedure for this sort of thing.

This guys testimony is truly devastating but there is plenty of other evidence and testimony that is equally as devastating.

Most republicans I see watch fake news and are un-informed to the facts and evidence against Trump, it is viciously devastating and credible. The charges are real and serious and they are not political because they are so serious. If anybody did what Trump did, they would go to prison for a long time.
