If the Navy Yard shooter yelled "Buddha" would it be terrorism??

Currently the Navy Yard massacre has been ruled as 'work place violence' by a mentally unstable man who self identified as a Buddhist.

But what if the authorities later find out that during the shooting rampage the killer was shouting "Buddha" as he pulled the trigger.

Question: Would this be enough to change the official designation of the event to religious "terrorism"?? ..

Since you are referring to the fact some of us said Hasan was a terrorist for shouting Allah Akbar it most assuredly refers to Muslims. Now remind us how according to you, Hezbollah and Hamas are freedom fighters.
