Of course. They've been around since 1999. But it wasn't until 2014 that they gained global prominence. With a lot of help from Obama and Hillary. What do you think Benghazi was all about? Hillary's State Department was in the business of gathering weapons left over from the Libyan portion of Obama's "Arab Spring". Those weapons were being shipped to Syrian rebels, which ISIS was a part of. They then used those weapons to invade Iraq, seizing even more military weapons and equipment that Obama's Iraqi pullout had left behind.

One of the reasons it took Trump's military several months to defeat them, was because of the equipment Obama allowed to fall into the hands of the enemy.

Trump's unpopularity is only as the media and polls portray him. There's still a year to go until 2018, and your average American might eventually wake up to the fact that things are changing for the better.
