The reasons why some poor black people from Africa and the Caribbean come to the USA is a function of the very inequalities guys like you demand be kept in place.

A massive investment in opportunities for black people for schooling and jobs, globally.

Fishing is the main industry in Senegal but what happens ? Chinese and Europe come with their huge fishing trawlers scoop all the fish and they destroy the Senegalese economy and leave them without a biscuit.

This is just one country in Africa but stuff like goes on all over Africa and Caribbean

You also forget your history because this is how your European ancestors came to the USA.

So Europe had nothing to make money with. Huh. First of all, the word "Semitic" means "of an Arab language group", so anti-Semitic does not mean anti-Jewish as a lot of people think.
Jews who natively speak Hebrew are Semitic, but that is only because Hebrew is an Arab language.

Second is that large numbers of Jews did move to Germany before and after 1933.
That is because Poles and Russians treated Jews worse than Germans did.
For example, there were over 100,000 Jews in the German Wehrmacht during the war, who were not bothered over their religion, and neither were their relatives.
And the death camps that did exist, were all in Poland and often run by Poles under German command.

And Germans were the LEAST anti-Jewish of any of the European countries normally.
Anti-Jewish atrocities and crimes in France, England, Poland, and Russia were vastly more common, and until WWI, there was zero anti Jewish feelings in Germany.
What actually lead to the Holocaust was Zionists negotiating for the Balfour Declaration, which Germans correctly perceived as treason.

Yet, there is a reality that Schiff and these others cannot deny: Vast numbers of blacks yearn to come to America. They do so because they have not been influenced by the pravda of Schiff and his fellow Democrats, The New York Times and the rest of the left-wing media, or by Yale and the rest of America's left-wing universities. They do so because they have been influenced not by pravda, but by actual truth: America is the least racist multi-ethnic, multi-racial country in world history, and any black who seeks to improve his life and that of his family has a better chance of doing so in America than anywhere else. In fact, within one generation of emigrating to America, Africans from sub-Saharan African countries attain higher levels of educational attainment than the U.S. population as a whole and are more likely to have earned a degree in a science, technology, engineering, and math (Pew Research).

That's why it is not Africans who are foolish for wanting to come to America; it is America's left for thinking they are fools.

They have given up on their homeland when it comes to economic progress.

And most African Americans know how lucky they are to live in the United States.

For example, BLM can demonstrate. Pull that stunt in some African nation, and see what happens.

But desertification is the main reason to leave sub-Sharan Africa.

But to be fair one thing necessary for success is a good education. When I read of how bad our educational system is today in some big cities I am really disturbed. I was fortunate to have received an excellent high school education in Ohio in the 1950s and 1960s time frame. That foundation made my life much easier in the long run.

The chances of success improve when you know the truth then learn ways to navigate through the racism in order to achieve. Whites who participate in racism always have something to say about shit they don't face and your opinion only suggests ways that your racism can be maintained.
