There are two things that I like about this:
- It is being done by the state at the state level - where the U.S. Constitution dictates education should be handled
- It is a new, "out of the box" approach. If it ends in better education results and a savings in tax payer dollars, then I say lets do it (even though paying students at first seems absurd)
