No, unless its a restomod from hell, pretty much any car before the year 2000 is garbage and unsafe.

Heres an awesome restomod Charger though. Its one of the coolest cars on earth, in my opinion.

Why dont you like it?

Is it because the engine too powerful and reliable? Is it because the car is much lighter with great steering and suspension? Is it the safe antilock brakes? Perhaps its the much nicer and more comfortable seats? Maybe its the awesome sounding stereo?

It's hideously ugly, looks like a cartoon, and is destined to gather dust in a garage. At least he didn't destroy a Charger to build it.
