I lost my wallet right before the election and there was a voting station across the street from where I lived. I showed up to try and vote and they said that if went home and got a utility bill, I could vote. I got either an electric bill or phone bill or something along those lines. I had no picture ID and they let me vote. I believe this is wrong. You do not have to be a citizen to get a utility bill, nor could I prove it was my bill.
