But young men and young women are marrying later, if at all. Their choice.

People are having fewer children. Again, their choice. Not sure if it is AI or the availability of birth control making more of the babies planned ones.


The population of the US is still growing. There are problems of overcrowding in cities, fewer jobs that pay enough to raise a family, and people realizing that they don't HAVE to have children to be happy.

Oh there are marriages happening, but when you allow queer people marry of course there wont be babies born to "both of them".
