They might want to think twice about using that term derogatorily.

First, it would behoove the R to learn what a "community organizer" actually does and why it has always been so important to every real American who values our Constitutional right to vote. Look it up ...

It was those skills, as well as his enormous accomplishments, that got President Obama re-elected.

Not only didn't the GObP/pubpots not have a record to run on (because they have not done one damn thing for their country for more years than most can remember), they had absolutely no interest in connecting with actual human beings. They made it clear that their campaigns were motivated by their plans to soak the working class for more money. That's why they had nothing of interest happening on the ground but lots happening at the glitzy, big money fund raisers. That's why Mittens went to the Olympics in London - to meet with Big Money - and its why he insulted the little people while he was there.

Anybody think the Rs learn from this fiasco that we laughingly call the Repub Election Strategy of hating and insulting your constituents and then being surprised that they didn't vote for you?

The future must not belong to those who slander the Lord and Savior of Progressives

cry us a fucking river whydonchya? what did you call Romney? A VULTURE capitalist? Ya want RESPECT learn to dole some out.

This thread gives the word stupid an entirely new meaning.

From people who accused Romney of killing a woman and being a felon, you can really shut the fuck up

THE RADICAL’S RULES
Perhaps the simplest way to describe community organizing is to say it is the practice of identifying a specific aggrieved population, say unemployed steelworkers, or itinerant fruit-pickers, or residents of a particularly bad neighborhood, and agitating them until they become so upset about their condition that they take collective action to put pressure on local, state, or federal officials to fix the problem, often by giving the affected group money. Organizers like to call that “direct action.”

Community Organizer= stir up the natives

Yep.

And, just what is wrong with doing that?

Seriously, why would anyone object to people learning about their basic rights as American citizens?

Why would anyone object to people working together to get their government to do such things as improve our schools?

Look it up. Learn what he did as a Community Organizer. Otherwise, you're just another damn ignernt cracker who hates a black man for helping his neighborhood better its self.

Look at the Romney-cultists cry. Their "successful businessman" was staggeringly incompetent at pretty much everything. That's got to sting. Their whole cult philosophy was that a CEO who made money can never fail at anything, yet their CEO failed hard. That's cast doubt on their entire religion/life philosophy, and it's hurting their brains badly.

You'd think that after Bush, they would have figured out that crony capitalists don't have to be smart, they just have to be born into wealth and connections.

HHAAA You think Obama lived where he organized...LMFAO, you are seriously stupid.

Community organizer is not an insult, but it is derided. Sharpton and a slew of others are symbols of mediocrity. Obama, was a community organizer and has done precious little to distinguish himself from them.

What Did Obama Do As A Community Organizer? - Byron York - National Review Online

There's actually a lot more than that but ...

What part of that do you disagree with?

The part I disagree with is "...until they become so upset about their condition...". That's stupid. People who are being shit on don't need to be told they're being shit on. They already know and they already don't like it.

Otherwise, I think its part of what is guaranteed in our Constitution.

Chicago's South Side is a fucking shithole.. All Obama did was line his pockets.. just like all the race pimps before him.

Most politicians worth their salt started as grass roots community organizers

It is only the Republicans who insist that being a multi-millionaire is the primary prerequisite

In every way that counts, the Rs are the community organizers who are working to keep their cash cow's interests at the forefront.

Nobody said that. And BTW... Obama is a multi-millionaire.

Forget that lackluster part of his resume. "Present but not voting" was his short Senate record most of the time.
