And I know this plan will make liberals very happy as they are, suddenly, very financially conscientious.

Aside from Dreamers, all illegals have 90 days of amnesty in which they can move out of America. After that 90-day grace period expires, all captured illegals will serve a mandatory 1-year federal prison sentence and, upon serving that sentence, they will be forcefully deported. Then, if they illegally re-enter the U.S. and get caught, they would then serve a 5-year minimum prison sentence.
