Well, they are already paying total benefits of about $120,000 per employee to HazMat Squads to clean up the used Heroin Needles, and another Squad to clean up the "Human Feces"......so if a pandemic disease strikes California....obviously it will be caused by Republican coal miners in Kentucky or somewhere else who isn't progressive.
