They released the first three videos from their sting operation against StemExpress, one of Planned Parenthood's organ trafficking clients. The Los Angeles County court ruled that they may not release further videos. They released a fourth in violation of the gag order. Apparently the government is waiting until the hearing itself to rain legal hell on them. Does it just not matter that they directly defied court order, or is it just going to be brought up later this month?

This may be, but it's pretty clear that's irrelevant right now. Even the White House is moving to defend PP and StemExpress, and they have the firm majority of popular opinion on their side as well.

Where was the 4th video released? If not in LA county, it's no big thing.
