But she was saying that in the European countries and that in Russia they get about 13% taken out of their paycheck each week. And they also get four weeks vacation. But when she is working here in America for her German company she only gets two weeks vacation.

This is totally unacceptable Joe Biden said he’s gonna lower the taxes where is he? People should have to pay maybe 5 to 10% taxes each week. Because you want to know why ? Bc were the best country in the world and America leads.

And before anyone can say anything I am a republican voter. I am a democrat but I almost much always vote Republican so I’m with you guys I’m with the Patriots. I’m going to vote for Donald Trump or Ron DeSantis in 2024. So don’t get upset with me folks. But how does it feel and I don’t know how it feels because I’m a ….poker player and I make my own money I do my own thing I invest my own money. But I am concerned about my fellow Americans who are getting ripped off. That's nothing new. My cousin who was a hospital manager in Texas used to tell me that their company liked to hire people from the NE (like her) because they are harder workers. People in the south are slow and lazy.

It has always been common practice for people in Europe to get 4-6 weeks vacation STARTING OUT! Many businesses have shorter work days, shorter work weeks, longer lunches---- there is a far greater emphasis in Europe in the QUALITY OF LIFE. They like to sit around and have a long lunches digesting slowly while sipping wine and relaxing and laughing. The government pays for or contributes a great deal more.

Here in the USA, they have people buffaloed. Working 6-7 days a week, no vacation or benefits for the first 6 months or year, and working 5 years before they even work up to three weeks off! Work, work, work! 30 minute lunch break while you run, get in line and cram some fast food down then rush back to work! Employers in the USA rip people off blind. This is a major cause of illness, sickness and disease. They get away with it because they all do it. Americans are worked to death, taxed to death, lied to and stolen from.

Tax freedom day was April 18th this year. That's only 3.5 months, so I don't buy it because it fails to take in the multitude of taxes that you pay when you're out and about. You're effectively taxed close to 50% overall.

Ford, Chicago Assembly had 3200 workers; hourly and salary running 2 shifts in 1973, meaning over 1600 per shift, building 52 vehicles an hr, running 10 hrs per shift on both shifts before the economy collapsed. In 2020, total plant employment was around 1000, running 2 shifts, building 74 vehicles per hour.
2. AIR QUALITY STANDARDS! Seems to build a NEW vehicle plant and put the smokestack tech in to pass state and fed standards, is CHEAPER than retro fitting old plants. (why, I do not know) This is why all OLD Ford plants had their states offer massive tax incentives to stay put, to help pay for the smoke stack retro fit. Problem was, they didn't need all the old plants, since with the increase of production of almost 1/3 with modern tech, they could close many of them, streamlining their operation. The more units they can sell, the more units they can spread the costs of these regulations or R and D across to meet them, meaning less cost per unit.

Now the government wants ELECTRIC VEHICLES, lol! What do YOU PEOPLE think that costs to develop, and do NOT think for an instant that the R and D for them is just built into the electric vehicles; it is placed on ALL their units, so even buying a gasoline car, you are still being forced to pay for the tech to run the electrics, because that is what the government wants, even if at the moment at least, consumers don't! I was a teacher in private schools and subbing in public schools basically for the 80s, in New Jersey Rhode Island and New York western New York. Before and after I was a businessman and I have been retired for nine years thank you very much. I will take a alfa Romeo thank you, the reliability is pretty normal now!

Steel and American automobiles were ruined by bad management and lack of reinvestment in the factories Etcetera. I thank goodness that the government has forced manufacturers to make safe and economical cars. I suppose you don't believe in global warming but you would be wrong.... I did know Henry Ford the 2nd and his son Edsel 1965 was a friend at Hotchkiss... Funniest fattest kid I ever saw but he flunked out...
