Medicare and Social Security both should cease being Federal Government programs. Let the States run them, they already do with Federal Money. Each individual stat knows mor about what it's population needs then the Federal Government does and each State Legislature is closer to the people they represent then the US Congress.

Well Barbara Boxer and Feinstein have zero chance of losing, the same in numerous elections. Plus the numerous Republican resignations I do not see a dominating victory for the right. Those days are long past!
