Sudan has lodged more than five complaints to Security Council against South Sudan for harbouring and supporting rebel movements. But none of these complaints has been looked into on the pretext that Sudan hasnt had sufficient evidence and that the accusations have been exchanged by each of the two disputing parties.

Against the wishes of South Sudans allies in Security Council, this time, Sudan has a lot of pieces of evidence so that the complaint will never be overlooked. The complaint is supported with evidence and testimony of as neutral body manifested in UN arm embargo committee whose finding cannot be doubted.

Sudans ambassador to UN, Daffaallah Al Haj told reporters last Wednesday that Sudan is planning to lodge a complaint against South Sudan and ask the Security Council to intervene to stop Jubas support to rebels.

Its difficult for the Security Council to deal with part of the report and ignore Jubas harbour and support to rebel movements, therefor no can predict how can US overstep the report with at least little loss.

Compared with South Sudans counter complaint, Sudans complaint is stronger in terms of legal procedures and evidence provided by the UN arm embargo experts committee and not politically fabricated as Juba did.

The South Sudans complaints are not legally supported. They are lodged as counter move or fabricated as political rancor by US ambassador to United Nations, Suzan Rice who supports the South Sudanese leaders to avenge Sudan in various ways and means.

Washington has no options than than to accept the facts included in the UN report and be ready for the heated discussions over the report which has proved South Sudans involvement in the harbouring the rebel movements even if it hasnt led to positive points in favor of Sudan.

Its enough that Sudans credibility is certain unless Mrs Rice has formed different committee with different report and findings about alleged Sudans support to South Sudanese rebels.

But definitely, Mrs. Rice wouldnt bat an eyelid or be at peace unless she has fabricated facts to prosecute Sudan.

Sudan was fairly recently divided into North and South. The Press will tell you that it's due to conflicts between Islam and Christianity.

Never mind the fact that 80% of Sudans' Oil Fields are in the South!

Who is Sudans' largest trading Partner? China, with a 40% share in it's oil!

But what's all you hear about on TV? Darfur! Darfur!

I could also tell you the IMF has a hand in Sudans finances but maybe some other time.
