Now top academics need to discuss a new paradigm for the Jewish problem that has plagued Europe for many centuries.

This is in no way an anti-semitic conference.

But a sincere dialogue ment to finally address a fair and equitable, once and for all, true "final solution".

How come you overlooked the Muslim problem that is currently plaguing Europe? What kind of a solution do you think Europe can find for this.

Harvard to Host Conference Promoting Israel's Destruction


On March 3-4, Harvard will host a two-day conference at the Kennedy School of Government focused, in effect, on dismantling the Jewish state of Israel. A number of student groups and others associated with Harvard are sponsoring “One State Conference: Israel/Palestine and the One State Solution.”

Those who promote a one-state “solution” advocate creating an entity which would, through its merger with the Palestinian Arab population of the West Bank and Gaza and an influx of Palestinians from neighboring states, lose its Jewish majority and its Jewish character. In effect, Jewish self-determination would be nullified.

According to the working definition of anti-Semitism developed by the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights (FRA), and recognized by the United States Department of State, the One State Conference, in implicitly “denying the Jewish people their right to self-determination,” is an exercise in anti-Semitism.

A paper recently [as of 3/20/2006] co-authored by the academic dean of Harvard's Kennedy School of Government about the allegedly far-reaching influence of an "Israel lobby" is winning praise from white supremacist David Duke.

The Palestine Liberation Organization mission to Washington is distributing the paper, which also is being hailed by a senior member of Egypt's Muslim Brotherhood, an Islamist organization.

But the paper, "The Israel Lobby and U.S. Foreign Policy," by the Kennedy School's Stephen Walt and John Mearsheimer of the University of Chicago, is meeting with a more critical reception from many of those it names as part of the lobby. The 83-page "working paper" claims a network of journalists, think tanks, lobbyists, and largely Jewish officials have seized the foreign policy debate and manipulated America to invade Iraq. Included in this network, the authors say, are the editors of the New York Times, the scholars at the Brookings Institution, students at Columbia, "pro-Israel" senior officials in the executive branch, and "neoconservative gentiles" including columnist George Will.

Duke, a former Louisiana state legislator and one-time Ku Klux Klan leader, called the paper "a great step forward," but he said he was "surprised" that the Kennedy School would publish the report.

"I have read about the report and read one summary already, and I am surprised how excellent it is," he said in an e-mail. "It is quite satisfying to see a body in the premier American University essentially come out and validate every major point I have been making since even before the war even started." Duke added that "the task before us is to wrest control of America's foreign policy and critical junctures of media from the Jewish extremist Neocons that seek to lead us into what they expectantly call World War IV."

That's not true. While the Arab states all around continue to move back and forth between the violence of chaos and the violence of tyranny, Israel is a stable, humane democracy which is at peace with its neighbors despite their irrational hostility towards it. Despite the rampant anti semitism of the Arab world, the more enlightened Arabs aspire to achieve in their own countries the freedom, democracy and tolerance they see in Israel. It is not too much to say that Israel is a beacon of light showing the Arab world the way forward out of their dark ages.

I can't see this as true. With the number of Jews and Christians I don't see a Muslim majority. But, even if there was, Muslims are not a monolithic block. Palestinian Muslims range from secular to moderate to conservative to extremists. Only a few percent are extremists and they have no real influence on government policy.

Better than 80% of the Arabs west of the Jordan River were foreigners from Egypt, Jordan or other Arab countries in 1948. What you are really asking is why should they allow Jews to have a country of their own.
