Common pattern in Iraq and most of the Muslim countries:
Shia in power then they persecute the Sunni as is the case with Maliki now in Iraq. Military advised Bush this would be the case and he/Cheney/Rumsfeld would not listen the simpletons they are/were.
Sunni in power with Hussein they persecute the Shia.
ISIS in power they slaughter everyone and anyone that does not obey them.
Killing is the only thing they know.
