community and business development that would HELP workers
and economy along the Mexican Border?

Since Mexican nationals make up an est. 12-30 million of the
displaced/undocumented workers in the US unlawfully,
Mexico could be held to set up community land grants along
their Border to create production jobs and facilities/campuses
for education and services (similar to how entire city subdivisions
were developed around EXXON plants or around UT campus sites).

Naturally when you build housing around schools, job sites and service
facilities, there are GOING TO BE WALLS.

So by holding Democrats and Catholic Charities that commit to supporting
Immigrant Workers to investing in actually BUILDING the type of schools,
jobs and training/service programs to provide sustainable access,
they can get what they want, and it STILL INVOLVES building security
AROUND the institutions to make it safe for residents and service providers.

the govt and military can still guard the perimeters AROUND the development
areas. Instead of workers having their labor exploited, they can be rewarded for
investing their labor and services into building their own programs and campus
town developments that they would share in ownership, similar to settlers given
land grants from the govt to develop towns when Texas was first settled.

Democrats who have been promising representation and support to workers,
to immigrants and minorities should be held to invest their own taxes into the
programs they believe should be supported. Democrats like Elizabeth Warren who
want to appease demands from the Native American communities, to quit exploiting
them without representing their needs for true equity and reparations, could work out
plans where these Native tribes reclaim land along the Mexican Border that they
would own and manage self-governing settlements. It doesn't have to be on US soil,
because Mexico was also Native American land. Why not develop self governing
city states along the MEXICAN side of the border for Native Descendants to reclaim
ownership and build their own towns and programs? Restitution for trafficking, as well as other genocidal massacres that have been going on, can be invested in creating communities where migrant workers can finally own their own land and business and campus development, and quit being exploited economically and politically.

We need more active development and business relations there.

We need to set up government internships to train upcoming leaders how to
build and manage their own economic bases, including educational and health
care/social service facilities on campuses with housing and registration, just like
how students have to enroll to participate in colleges and work study programs.

If all the migrant workers and families are enrolled in school communities, then
the services that the immigrant reform activists are demanded can be organized
and managed where the people are training to govern their own programs.

Whatever model is used for the organized and stable business development
in the border cities in Mexico, that's what we need all along the border as a deterrent
to the criminal trafficking and cartels. It needs to be completely developed and policed
by military security so there is no more collusion with cartels, gangs and traffickers.

All that war going on along the border has to be replaced with stable development.
Mexico has as much vested interest in developing better plans for its own citizens.

maybe for all the illegal immigrants caught and deported from the U.S., the countries
they came from should have to invest restitution in building better accommodations and programs for these refugees. And create both a deterrent and a reward system where people are ENCOURAGED to enroll in the business and community development programs instead of going through traffickers to try to get in illegally.

Punish the violations by requiring restitution (either financial compensation or labor hours) to be invested in sustainable development that will help victims of trafficking and abuse to access education, jobs and services.

And reward the workers and student for registering legally to participate in internship training programs. So by building solutions, then the Liberal and Progressive advocates for immigration reforms and protections will have the focus they want to invest in and develop.

There doesn't need to be a fight over the wall and military security.
We will need proper security provided by govt and military
in order to create safe regions for the people to develop.

You can't build in the middle of a war zone.

In order to set up enough facilities to accommodate 12-30 million
Mexican nationals displaced in the US, we'd need at least 4-5 cities
the size of Houston. So if each border state sets up a sister city with
Mexico, granting enough land to accommodate the illegal immigrant
population within their state, those people can register legally and have
a home state, like a campus town where they can be enrolled. then they
can apply to transfer to other satellite sites, similar to foreign exchange
student programs, as long as they comply with the rule. Each state should
work out an agreement with the home countries of their illegal population,
and work out a deal with Mexico to set up a base for them to have legal residency.

If Trump is a leader in making deals, he could negotiate with Mexico and demand
enough land be set aside to claim for their own nationals living on US soil.
