Well, how do "booming financial markets" correlate with the American people?

The financial markets have been on a big badda boom, thanks to Obama printing and distributing $58 billion/month in funny money. Where the hell else is there to put dollars and expect any appreciable return?
Wall Street. Not Main Street.

"Building that" is what should be profitable. Tangible assets that produce tangible returns. Projects that employ workers.

And the real irony is that the one industry that is supporting this lame-ass economy, oil and gas, is squarely on Obama's radar for over $40 billion in new taxes.

Get the goddamn EPA out of the way of progress and employment. Reduce regulatory burden, reduce the tax burden on industry, and give them some incentive to make money the old-fashioned way.

And honestly, a combination of a Democratic President and a Republican congress isn't a bad one.

It's if we have the misfortune of having a Republican President and Congress that things turn to shit and we get a wh ole bag of crazy.
