“GOD DAMN AMERICA
it’s in the bible.”
Most Americans would not know if “God damns America” was in the bible or not because they do not read the bible themselves.

WRIGHT: "The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law, and then wants us to sing God Bless America? No, no, no! Not God bless America. God damn America! It's in the Bible, for killing innocent people. God damn

WRIGHT:
We bombed Hiroshima, we bombed Nagasaki, and we nuked far more than the thousands in New York and the Pentagon and we never batted an eye. We have supported state terrorism against the Palestinians and black South Africans, and now we are indignant?! Because the stuff we have done overseas is not brought back into our front yard? Americans chickens are coming home to roost.

That is what Rev. Wright said and it is many white peoples said it before Rev. Wright did. Four years of Obama has proved that Rev. Wright’s rant is not his beliefs and have no effect on how he runs the country. All we have heard over the media, Reich wing media, is the three word snippet and not the entirety of the speech. He was not saying that “he damns American” but “God damns American” and it’s in the bible. And he went on to say why God damns America. Because of America’s atrocities.

Obama said he ate dog in Indonesia and when FOXNEWS reported it, it came out “Obama ate a dog.”
Bill Ayers, a Vietnam activist protested the atrocities of the Vietnam war and it he was not labeled a terrorist until it become fashionable after 911.
FOXNEWS reported that the pictures of Zimmerman‘s injuries to his face and head proved he took a pounding. If his head had been bashed into concrete repeatedly and he face punched repeatedly he would have more than a few scrapes.
FOXNEWS goes on to say Rev. Wright preaches this “God dam America” every Sunday for the past 20 years and Obama sit that and listened it. Rev. Wright speaks of racism in America and instantly he’s a racist. Rev. Wright lived the history of racism and no one’s better to teach it then he is. How can you call a few lines containing race be considered a sermon? No one is able to that that but FOXNEWS.
Racism in America is something guilty Whites don’t want to talk about and want Blacks to forget.
When Obama and DOJ went after Arizona’s immigration law it was racist against Hispanics and that would make the Fed. Immig & Nat. Act racist also.
No one bothered to listen to more than the three word sentence of Rev. Wright’s rant and report on it because it would show the Rev. Wright was only the messenger and White preachers said it long before Rev. Wright did.

The Santorum-quote firestorm that wasn't

"Not God bless America, God damn America!" bellowed Jeremiah Wright from his former pulpit. "That’s in the Bible for killing innocent people." This sermon quote--actually, usually just the "God damn America" part, stripped of any context whatsoever--created a media frenzy, earned death threats for Wright and jeopardized a then-parishioner's presidential campaign.

"I don't think God will continue to bless America," said Rick Santorum the other day, "if we continue to kill 1.2 million children every year." Unlike Wright, Santorum is himself a candidate for president. Yet two days later Google offers mostly crickets.

What exactly is 'racist' about Rev Wright's 'God Damn America' sermon? Is his version of history a lie?
"Governments fail. The government in this text comprised of Caesar, Cornelius, Pontus Pilot – Pontius Pilate – the Roman government failed. The British government used to rule from east to west. The British government had a Union Jack. She colonized Kenya, Guyana, Nigeria, Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and Hong Kong. Her navies ruled the seven seas all the way down to the tip of Argentina in the Falklands, but the British failed. The Russian government failed. The Japanese government failed. The German government failed. And the United States of America government, when it came to treating her citizens of Indian decent fairly, she failed. She put them on reservations. When it came to treating her citizens of Japanese decent fairly, she failed. She put them in internment prison camps. When it came to treating her citizens of African decent fairly, America failed. She put them in chains. The government put them in slave quarters, put them on auction blocks, put them in cotton fields, put them in inferior schools, put them in substandard housing, put them in scientific experiments, put them in the lowest paying jobs, put them outside the equal protection of the law, kept them out of their racist bastions of higher education and locked them into position of hopelessness and helplessness. The government gives them the drugs, builds bigger prisons, passes a three-strike law, and then wants us to sing “God Bless America.” No, no, no. Not “God Bless America”; God Damn America! That’s in the Bible, for killing innocent people. God Damn America for treating her citizen as less than human. God Damn America as long as she keeps trying to act like she is God and she is supreme! Is America in Bible Prophecy?
Beliefnet talks to the evangelist whose new book has zoomed up the best-seller lists in its first two weeks.
Two weeks ago, Evans published a book, The American Prophecies: Ancient Scriptures Reveal Our Nation's Future, in which he theorizes that biblical prophets predicted America is doomed unless it stops accommodating the Arab world in exchange for its oil. He believes Americans are risking God's wrath by not supporting what he believes is God's biblical mandate that Israel have full control of the West Bank and Gaza. Evans also theorizes that many of America's problems--including September 11--are evidence of God's fury that America doesn't fully support Israel.

Rick Santorum under fire over ranting rightwing pastor

Rick Santorum is facing some awkward questions after footage emerged of a radical evangelical preacher opening a campaign rally with calls for all non-Christians to “get out” of America.

In the footage, filmed at the Greenwell Springs Baptist Church in Louisiana yesterday, Pastor Dennis Terry told a crowd that anyone who doesn’t worship God should leave the country, before calling on people to "stand up" against" gay people, liberals and women who have abortions.

“Listen to me. If you don’t love America, and you don’t like the way we do things, I’ve got one thing to say, get out!,” he said. “We don’t worship Buddha, we don’t worship Mohammed, we don’t worship Allah. We worship God. We worship God’s son Jesus Christ.”
